At Ximerik, we strive for excellence in every stitch. We understand that sometimes the fit isn't what you expected, so we offer a structured return process to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our brand.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot process your request.
2. Product Conditions (Hygiene & Quality Protection)
To be eligible, the product must strictly meet the following criteria:
Pristine Condition: No signs of wear, sweat stains, perfume/deodorant scents, or makeup marks.
Tags: All original tags must be attached and intact.
Packaging: Must be returned in its original packaging.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show evidence of being used during workouts or being laundered.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Underwear and socks.
Clearance items or those marked as "Final Sale."
4. Return Shipping Costs
Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a factory error, Ximerik will cover 100% of the shipping costs.
Size Exchange or Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our facilities. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refund Process
Once the garment is received and inspected (a process taking 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
